User Guide

    Open the NABOTA box

    One touch horizontally opening system.

  • 2

    Remove the cap after taking out the vial

  • 3

    Wipe the rubber stopper with alcohol and let it dry

  • 4

    Open the normal saline.
    Inject the syringe to the normal saline and extract solution

  • 5

    Inject the syringe needle to the vial's rubber stopper

    Caution: The bevel should face upward, needle at 45 - 60 degree angle to the closure surface.

  • 6

    Apply downward pressure on the needle while gradually bringing the needle up to upright position.

    Caution: Needle should be at 90 degree angle before penetration is complete.

  • 7

    Tilt syringe so needle can touch the vial wall. Inject diluent slowly along the wall to prevent bubble formation.

    Caution: Do not press the piston, let it be drawn naturall by the vial pressure.

  • 8

    Remove needle from vial, gently mix NABOTA by rolling the vial

    Caution: To avoid bubbles, do not shake vigorously.

  • 9

    Gently turn the vial upside down so the solution touches the rubber stopper.

  • 10

    Leave the reconstituted vial for 60 seconds before use

    Caution: Be cautious to shaking stress.
